32 Fine Arts' Concierge Department provides first class service to clients wishing to explore New York City or Paris, France.

Clients wishing to take advantage of our services enjoy benefits with a number of hotels and restaurants exclusive to 32 Fine Arts patrons.





The 32 Fine Arts concierge department provides corporations, decorators and private collectors services that would normally be associated with the finest hotels in the world. The concierge department can assist corporate clients in organizing events, gifts and commemorative awards.

The concierge department also provides private collectors an all encompassing guide to New York and Paris. In New York, we design client-specific packages focusing on personal tours of the city. These tours highlight specific areas of interests, particularly galleries in Midtown, Chelsea and Soho. Clients also enjoy the added benefit of invitations to exclusive openings and events throughout the city through their association with 32 Fine Arts. The wide network established by Ms. Saint-Ouen in New York City among galleries, hotels, antique dealers, and restaurants is yours to enjoy through 32 Fine Arts' concierge services!

In Paris, the concierge department provides clients with a similar all-encompassing package under the guidance of an English/French speaking art dealer. Clients enjoy the benefits of touring Paris with an experienced guide and will also benefit from our wealth of knowledge of historical Paris. Whether visiting Les Antiquaires of the Louvre, galleries in the left bank or the weekend flea markets in Saint Ouen, the oldest antique market in France, 32 Fine Arts' concierge department will deeply enrich your experience of the city. Our English/French speaking art dealer will help assist you in navigating through the city and in negotiating purchases large and small.

For the holiday season, go Italian! What better way to say 'thank you' to your clients and business partners or 'I love you'  to your family or friends? 

Gallery 32 Fine Arts is pleased to provide a unique, high-end experience blending all that is Italian--Italian art, food, wines and opera. We provide a complete cultural and ‘oh so buono’ evening which will surprise, entertain and delight your guests. This carefully organized holiday event can be reserved from November 26 to December 19, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm, though there is some flexibility in hours.

Your special night will encompass:

- A rare viewing of masterpieces by world renowned Italian artist Antonio Nunziante.

- Fine Italian foods, wines, and beverages

- A taste of  Italian opera with performances by tenor Raphael Treiner and soprano Megan Picerno accompanied by a professional pianist and performing a wide variety if Italian slectiosn including "La ci darem la mano" (Don Giovanni), "O soave fanciulla" (La Bohème), and "Un di felice eterea" (La Traviata).

480 Broome Street in the heart of SoHo, is an ideal location for such an event, with 2,250 square feet and a basement for storage. We typically accommodate up to 20 guests, although we can also adapt our services according to your needs. Each guest will receive a personalized invitation on your behalf with the logo of your company if so desired and a brief “sensory” presentation of the evening. This event costs $5300, all inclusive. Five percent of all the proceeds go to the Police Athletic League of New York City.


We are also available to cohost the event in the space of your choice. This  includes:

- Intimate event and high-end Italian dinner for 20-50 guests

- Speaking opportunity for co-host, including opening remarks

The co-host is resposnible for:

- Inviting and securing 20-50 guests

- Providing profiles and email addresses for all primary invitees

- Attending the event!


Each co-host will receive:

- Electronic invite featuring name

- RSVP management support

- Gallery 32 Fine Arts to coordinate the entire event

5% of all proceeds from our events  are donated to the Police Athletic League of New York City and will be used to operate educational and recreational services for needy children in the worst areas of the city, empowering them with hope for a better tomorrow and the means to improve their communities.
